Actualize Studio chose to develop a CMS system in Drupal that is highly flexible offering an incredible library of modules that can be incorporated at any time. This makes the site incredibly durable in that functionality can be added (or removed) whenever deemed necessary or desirable. Also being template driven, sections or pages can be mapped to different templates, keeping the site fresh and up to date. The CMS platform is permissions based, allowing administrators to create roles and logins with assignable rights for any section of the site. Here are just a few of the components we are integrating into the site:
Video Gallery with Video Player: Actualize Studio (AS) will incorporate the ability to post videos throughout the video gallery. This will include public and private tagging options for videos. The administrator will have full capabilities to hide certain videos from the public. They will also have the ability to add/delete videos and manage an extensive catalog.
User Comments Section: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop a user comment section underneath each individual video in order for TPI to get user feedback. This section will alert the administrator that there was new comments pertaining to a specific video viewing.
Still Photo Gallery: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop a section within the site to post still photos. This section will give the administrator full rights to add/delete still photos.
Program Catalogue Search: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop a TPI program catalogue search capability. This will allow the end user to the search the videos by “Genre”, “Title” and “Keyword”.
Promotions Bar: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop a section of the TPI website where the administrator can post promotions. This will be in graphical and or textual form.
Program Proposal and Acquisition Form: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop two separate email forms for this section. The forms will get emailed to the administrator.
News Section: Actualize Studio (AS) will incorporate a news section into the TPI site. This section will allow TPI to post news and articles in HTML and PDF form.
Login Request: Actualize Studio (AS) will create a form the user must fill out to get a username and password. This form will be connected to a database (TBD) where the information can be stored. Once the form is filled out and submitted, the administrator will receive a notification of a login request and approve or deny the ability to have the user login.
Request DVD Function: Actualize Studio (AS) will develop a request DVD function for the website. This function will be for logged in users. Users will be able to select a DVD to be sent to them. Upon exiting the website they will get prompted to a page were all requested DVD will be listed.
